It doesn&#8217;t matter how much fat you&#8217;ve got around your waist. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you can&#8217;t see them when you look at yourself in the mirror. They might not be visible as yet, you might not be able to see them as yet, but believe me, you&#8217;ve got them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step to getting something you want is to understand exactly what it is you want. <strong>So, what are abs?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abs are a pair of segmented skeletal muscle (ie. muscle divided in layers) on the ventral aspect (front side) of a person&#8217;s abdomen.
