Yes, you read that right!
It doesn’t matter how much weight you have on your body. It doesn’t matter how much fat you’ve got around your waist. It doesn’t matter if you can’t see them when you look at yourself in the mirror. It doesn’t matter. YOU HAVE ABS.

Your “rectus abdominis muscle” aka “abdominal muscle” aka “abs” exist. They might not be visible as yet, you might not be able to see them as yet, but believe me, you’ve got them.
The first step to getting something you want is to understand exactly what it is you want. So, what are abs?
The abs are a pair of segmented skeletal muscle (ie. muscle divided in layers) on the ventral aspect (front side) of a person’s abdomen. In general, the muscle extends from the pubic symphysis to the xiphoid process.
The ab muscle is separated in the middle by a band of dense connective tissue called the linea alba (white line).
The actual muscle ie. the line that defines the six-pack or the four-pack are called tendinous intersections (packs).
